Pricing details

We try to keep things simple and transparent when it comes to fees.


This page helps explain some of the details behind our pricing!

  • PAY PER “PRIMARY RECORD”

    ➟ Let’s say you manage volunteers, run events for them, and accept donations from the public. Each of your volunteers, events, and donors would be primary records.


    ➟ You’ll be able to search for them and view individual record pages to see their involvement with your organization.


    ➟ Things like volunteer applications, volunteer timesheets, event check-ins, and donations would not count as primary records. You’ll never need to search for them outside of the context of one of your primary records.


    ➟ When it comes to billing, we calculate an average number of primary records for the month by automatically counting them each day.


    ➟ Our free plan allows up to 500 primary records. To go over this amount, you’ll need to upgrade to our pay as you go plan.

  • ONLY PAY FOR WHAT YOU USE (ARCHIVING RECORDS)

    ➟ Once a primary record is no longer active at your organization – perhaps it represents someone who has moved out of state or it’s an event in the past – you can archive it. (It can be unarchived later, of course.)


    ➟ You only pay for each active record stored in your database, with unlimited archived records.


    ➟ You can’t edit an archived record or use it for things like sending emails and text messages. You’ll need to unarchive it first to use the record.

  • NO DONATION OR PAYMENT TRANSACTION FEES

    ➟ Simply360 uses Stripe for processing donations and payments, and they will automatically deduct their fees.


    ➟ On paid plans, Simply360 has no add-on transaction fees.


    ➟ On our pay as you go plan, donors can voluntarily support this policy with a percentage of their donation, or this can be turned off for a 1% fee.


    ➟ On our free plan, 2% is added to all transactions to help us keep the monthly cost at $0!

  • COMMUNICATIONS (EMAILS & TEXTS)

    On our pay as you go plan:


    ➟ Emails cost $0.001 per individual email sent or received. (Yes, that’s a fraction of a cent per message!)


    ➟ Text messages are $0.01 each.


    ➟ Account limits and high volume discounts are possible.


    On our free plan:


    ➟ Emails cost $0.02 per individual email sent or received.


    ➟ Text messages are $0.05 each.

  • UNLIMITED USERS

    We do not charge any per-user fees. Everyone who needs to access your Simply360 database can have their own account.


    ➟ This will help you manage permissions properly, and will let you see a history of who changed what and when.
